Terms of delivery
Deliveries are made in cardboard boxes to all countries of the EU. The goods will be shipped within 2-4 working days after receipt of money via DHL. You can find a current cost overview here.
Depending on the company, the delivery time is 1-4 working days from the date of delivery to the respective shipping points of the commissioned companies. Should the delivery be delayed in exceptional cases, we will contact the customer immediately after the delay becomes known, but before the 30-day period, and obtain his agreement to a later delivery. If they do not agree, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
