When you open your eyes you are wide awake and the organic, unglazed surface of the outside lets your fingers go on haptic tours of discovery. The face of the heartily smiling cat was first scratched into the leather-hard clay with a needle and then painted over with glaze. The colors blur into each other and conjure up a nebulous impression - Cheshire cat! Depending on whether you are left- or right-handed when drinking, the shamelessly grinning cat will watch you or not. Either way, the handmade cup is an eye-catcher and not just for your morning coffee! meow!

The hand-made and hand-glazed cup is about 7.5 cm high and 9.5 cm wide at the opening. It weighs around 200 g and has a capacity of around 300 ml.
