Product description

His thought experiment involves locking a cat in a room that cannot be seen from the outside. Inside is a small amount of radioactive material and a glass vial of hydrocyanic acid and a hammer. When one of the radioactive atoms decays, a chain reaction is set off as the hammer smashes the vial and the cat dies.
Now the trick: When does that happen? No one can tell, and the cat is therefore in a superimposed state - dead and alive at the same time! This curiosity was inspiration enough and was captured on this handmade mug.

The cup was turned by hand on the potter's wheel and a wobble-free foot was worked out in the further course of production. After bisque firing, two cats were hand painted on the outside of the mug in the style of the western "WANTED" posters. To stay true to the character, the iconic lettering was drawn in between.
